Payment in full is expected for custom orders at the time the order is placed.  Providing HIGH QUALITY digital photos is often helpful so that I can match your tail.  However, colors do not always come across true in photos, so FOR BEST RESULTS, please mail me a sample of hair from the bottom of your horse's tail bone.  This section usually provides the best match for a more natural look.
